MAZURKRAEMER Law Group is thrilled to announce that Glenn Bartifay has joined our firm as an Of Counsel attorney. He brings with him experienced paralegal Sally Fallat. We are privileged to have him manage our newly launched Consumer Bankruptcy and Home Retention Division.
In addition to his extensive knowledge regarding consumer bankruptcy, Glenn deepens our bench strength by adding his wide range of legal knowledge in estate planning and trusts, real estate title, corporate formation and transactions and civil litigation.

Glenn Bartifay Background
An entrepreneur and experienced business and bankruptcy lawyer, Glenn has been practicing law since 1993. Prior to joining MAZURKRAEMER, Glenn ran his own law practice, Bartifay Law Offices, P.C. for over 24 years.
He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania state courts and has been admitted in the Western District Court of Pennsylvania and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a licensed Pennsylvania title insurance agent and notary public. Glenn was also the owner and CEO of Wexford's LiveWell Dentistry office.
Attorney Bartifay graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1993 in the top 25% of his class. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Master of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology in 1989. Attorney Bartifay graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education in 1986 from Boise State University, where he was an Academic All-American and scholarship recipient.
Glenn was a gymnastics competitor in college and coached that sport in Idaho and Canada before returning to his home state of Pennsylvania. Glenn lives in Wexford, Pennsylvania with his wife, is active in his church, and loves to travel, try the wonderful restaurants in the Pittsburgh area, and get in his exercise at the gym several times a week.
